Disappointed as well for no veggie options. I was interested in visiting the truck during the Richmond FEASTival of Flavours but I guess I will have to browse around for other options. Poutine is my favorite so whenever I get the chance I try to get some
Also dissapointed there is no vegie option, its not that hard to just have a vegie gravy option is it?
Do you have any non-beef gravys????
Currently we only offer non-beef gravy for catering and events that request it. Are you looking for anything other than beef or vegan/veg gravies?

Agree with everyone- you’re losing out on a LOT of business by not offering a vegetarian gravy. Simple mushroom gravy would even do or a veggie broth based gravy. In BC around 15% of people identify as vegan or vegetarian. Time to start catering to other groups.
We would like to add an option but we make our gravy and don’t want to add a powdered gravy to the menu. With the amount of people asking us at events for veg gravy it does not justify the extra cost. We would have to charge more. It’s something we have always been looking into. Just hasn’t made sense at large events yet. But we are still looking for cost effective options. Maybe people who want it would pay a little more?
I would definitely pay a bit more if you had an option that I can try. Because now I wouldn’t recommend or even go towards your truck when I see it as I know there is no option for me. This means my friends and family that are not vegetarian would also not be your customers since there is nothing for me to eat there.
I understand what your saying but there are many places I don’t go and eat because they don’t offer what I want so its just something that we all have to live with. A food truck is not a restaurant and has many space limitations. But as I mentioned we are looking into a veg option but it has to be right or we will not add it. Thanks for your feedback!
