Below is our schedule but we want to announce a few things first. First:  Starting Friday we will have Tater Tot Poutine!  While supplies last. Second:  Our Poutine just got better!  We are supporting local business even more than before.  Not only have we always purchased locally grown potatoes (when available) we have now sourced 100% of our cheese curd right here from the Fraser Valley!  Fresh, never frozen and locally made.  Can't get any better!  Please leave a comment and let us know what you think. We are very happy to announce today that we are now supporting our local Fraser Valley and BC businesses even more than we already have been.  We have always purchased locally grown potatoes when possible.  Most of the year they come Delta! Today Big Red's Poutine is excited to announce that we are now getting ALL of our cheese curd from the Fraser Valley!  Some of you in the past few weeks might have noticed a difference in our cheese quality and taste.  Thats because it FRESH made, never frozen right here in the Fraser Valley!  Our previous cheese curd offerings were good quality but they cannot compete with fresh never frozen local product!
